The Military is about 60 years ahead of anything the public uses today!!!
I remember using heads up display mounted on my helmet a full 3 years before i even heard of public use or even used throughout the Military in general. Hell I remember the very first seewezz mounted on a cruiser out of Rhode Island. They sailed up with the 2 covered then revealed it to everyone on base, it was outstanding to be apart of.

Tropo scatter has been around since at least the 70’s. It bounces radio waves off the Troposphere to get over the curvature of the earth for longer distances than traditional microwave which is line of sight. This is no secret. Sorry flat earther’s ! Basically a backup to satellite failure. The guy in the video spilled the beans about the newer portability aspect.
