ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER LAURAN ROSE SAYS
SHE WAS GOING THROUGH SOME MANILLA FOLDERS SHE BOUGHT FOR HER STUDENTS WHEN SHE FOUND
A U.S. ARMY INTELLIGENCE SCHOOL CERTIFICATION FROM 1963. ROSE DIDN’T WANT TO GO ON CAMERA, BUT SHE
SAYS SHE PURCHASED THE FOLDERS FROM A MEDFORD GOODWILL SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. ON THE CERTIFICATION, THE NAME EDWARD W. CLARKSON AND THAT HE RECEIVED INDUSTRIAL SECURITY MANAGEMENT TRAINING IN MARYLAND. ROSE SAYS SHE WAS SURPRISED TO SEE IT WAS
DATED ALL THE WAY BACK TO 1963, AND ALTHOUGH SHE DOESN’T KNOW WHAT THE TRAINING ENTAILS,
SHE SAYS IT SEEMS QUITE IMPORTANT. ROSE SAYS SHE HOPES GETTING THE WORD OUT WILL
